Sports Development
Promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and talent discovery through grassroots football academies and youth tournaments.

Understanding the Problem
Rural youth across Morongi and Upper Assam possess immense athletic talent, but lack structured coaching, standard gear, nutritious diet support, and competitive platforms to reach district and state leagues.
Why This Work Matters
Sports promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and purpose while steering young people away from substance abuse and apathy towards positive community leadership.
Our Grassroots Approach
We conduct year-round professional coaching camps, supply sports gear to village clubs, recruit licensed coaches, and organize district-level football leagues and cricket tournaments.
Core Activities & Interventions:
- One-month football workshop at Purajanghal Playground guided by football coach Pankaj Kullu for boys and girls
- Organization of the Youngstar Cricket League Under-20 tournament providing a talent showcase for local teams
- Project Rural Khel: Football boots, training cones, and match ball distribution across village clubs
- Annual Rural Youth Sports Conclave featuring football finals and athletics
Target Outcomes & Lasting Impact
- Over 4,200 rural youth actively participating in organized weekend sports leagues
- Structured athletic training for boys and girls under licensed coaches
- Selection of local players into District Under-19 football and cricket squads
